Your plan includes your Will(s), Financial Power of Attorney(s), Patient Advocate Designation(s), Funeral Representative Designation(s), and one Lady Bird Deed for real estate. 

Services can include full “white glove” LLC formation from start to finish, or individual services such as drafting an Operating Agreement, drafting a Buy-Sell Agreement, obtaining an EIN (tax ID) for your LLC, completing FinCEN Beneficial Ownership reporting, and helping you file your annual statement.  

Your plan includes your Financial Power of Attorney(s), Patient Advocate Designation(s), and Funeral Representative Designation(s). 

Includes preparation of your customized Lady Bird Deed. 

Includes preparation of your Patient Advocate Designation tailored for a college student. 

Includes preparation of your Delegation of Parental Powers. 

Your initial consultation is your first focused meeting to discuss your legal needs, get answers to your questions, and receive guidance on your options. If you decide to move forward with a flat-fee estate plan, your consultation fee will be applied to the total cost. 

For your services outside of flat-fee estate planning, such as legal work after a death or Medicaid planning, the standard hourly rate will apply.
